Clean room with comfortable bedding.

I waited for assistance at the front desk, but no one seemed available. My complaints about a faulty AC were dismissed, and the staff appeared indifferent to my concerns. This lack of support left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

Unexpectedly Cozy Retreat

The front desk staff greeted us like old friends, recommending fantastic local spots. The spacious room felt like a sanctuary after long days of exploring.

However, the microwave was an additional charge, which took us by surprise. Also, the pool was out of service, which disappointed the kids.

excellent access to parks and public transport for city explorations

I had a fantastic time here, especially with the Twinbrook metro just across the street and Cabin John Regional Park about a 5-minute drive away, making it super easy to explore and find beautiful green spaces in the area. plus, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout my stay, which added a nice touch to my experience.

Our room was spacious and had many amenities, including a work station and a walk-in shower, making it very comfortable. The grocery store across the street and the nearby Metro station were convenient for our long stay.

We loved the location! It was close to shopping and great restaurants, allowing us to enjoy delicious meals after our adventures. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the helpfulness of the staff during our stay with our toddler.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly amenities like playgrounds or kid's activities on-site.

During my recent stay at Hilton for a business conference, I found the King room to be exceptionally comfortable. The bed featured generous pillows, which contributed to a restful sleep, and the bathroom was large and updated. The check-in process was efficiently handled by the kind receptionists. I also appreciate the attentive service from waitress Liqiu while I waited for my airport ride. The on-site Olive Restaurant offered delicious grilled chicken sandwiches and refreshing drinks, making it a convenient dining option. I will definitely consider staying here again for future events.
